QUALITY, R&D
MISFAT filters are produced using systematic and statistical
internal control processes, as well as thorough choice of
world-famous raw material suppliers to deliver a highly
sophisticated product offering a maximum security and an
optimal functioning in the extreme conditions. State-ofthe-
art R&D laboratories, a rigorous control of materials
and finished products, utilization of the most efficient
production systems with highly skilled personnel, define
the high technological aspect and the reliability of MISFAT
filters.
We at MISFAT, consider the customer's voice as sacred and
to assure that customers get products free of defect, the
potential failure modes are identified and are solved
through tests and analyses. Procedures of the quality
assurance based on strict statistics are adopted everywhere
in the production plant.
MISFAT has the capacity to conceive and to develop all kind
of filters. Our laboratories are equipped with state-of-theart
facilities to verify all data of filters. The following tests
are carried out to assure the reliability of our filters
according to ISO standards and according to the
automobile manufacturer requirements:
- Pressure drop according to ISO4548/1 for oil filters.
- Filtration efficiency using particle counting, and
contaminant retention capacity according to
ISO4548/12 for oil filters.
- Anti-drain back test according to ISO 4548/9 for new
and used oil filters.
